Emergency Care

In an emergency, practice patients are entitled to advice and necessary treatment. Urgent or emergency treatment is defined as treatment required where there is severe pain or the risk of oral health significantly deteriorating.
​If you feel that you may need to be seen by one of our dentist’s before your next appointment, then please telephone the practice. During practice hours, you should explain the nature of the emergency to the receptionist who will arrange an appropriate appointment for you.
We also welcome new patient emergencies.
During out-of-hours, you should call NHS Direct on 111.
