Tilak regularly attends dental courses to keep abreast with the latest developments and has completed an Advanced Cosmetic and Aesthetic Postgraduate Dental Certificate from a leading Cosmetic Dentist in London.

Tilak always ensures an empathetic manner and high quality of care to his patients, has a special interest in treating anxious patients and is enthusiastic about treating children giving preventative advice and providing pain-free dentistry.

In his free-time he loves spending time with family and friends, is a keen footballer and enjoys playing in a 5-a-side league on weekends.He has a passion for cooking and constantly samples new recipes. He also enjoys travelling and gaining insights into various cultures and has recently been to the Far East and Africa.

Ramandeep graduated from the University Of Birmingham in 2011. He then completed his Vocational Training in Uxbridge, followed by 5 years in general practice in the West London region. During this time he completed his Membership to the Joint Dental Faculties and successfully undertook the Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education at the University of Bedfordshire. This was followed by his election onto the Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith Local Dental Committee in 2016. In 2018 he completed his Master’s degree from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in Endodontics; graduating with distinction and being nominated for the ‘Dean’s Research Prize’ for his dissertation. He continues to work as a part-time Specialty Doctor in the Endodontic Department at Eastman Dental Hospital.

Ramandeep has a strong interest in providing a patient-centred approach to his treatment and recognises the importance of being able to talk to his patients and make them feel at ease.

In his spare time, Ramandeep enjoys keeping fit at the gym, playing football and travelling.

Minna graduated from King’s College London in 2015 and did her subsequent foundation training year in the East Midlands Deanery. Following on from this she has been working for 6 years as an associate dentist in an array
of practices spanning Hampshire, Hertfordshire and London. Minna enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, however she particularly enjoys doing composite (aesthetic) restorations and tooth whitening to help patients achieve a smile they are more comfortable
with. She is committed to developing her skills further and continuing professional development.

Minna is a friendly and approachable dentist who puts an emphasis on building a good rapport with her patients, for she believes good communication is a key factor in developing a healthy patient-dentist relationship.
She also believes an important part of her role as a dentist is to educate patients on matters from oral hygiene techniques to adapting to a low sugar diet, which she strives to do in her appointments.

Outside of dentistry, Minna enjoys travelling, trying out new restaurants as she is a self proclaimed foodie, spending quality time with family and friends, and attending Zumba classes.
